Booked last minute due to mix up of dates as due to stay in Bala. Staff worked very hard ensuring our room was ready. On arrival I was very worried as looked very run down. Once inside our room was very clean. Staff very friendly and we enjoyed our cooked breakfast the following morning.

The apartment itself was lovely. It was well presented and clean. All of the rooms were of a more than reasonable size and the apartment is a stone throw's away from the town centre and St Peter's Church. There is a lovely view from the kitchen window. The heating was good to a point but you had to continually re-engage the heating because it was on a timer. Internet access was fine. Parking was on the street.
