The breakfasts were rich and the food was constantly replenished. There was a choice of English breakfast as well as ham, cheese, sweet and savory pastries and a selection of fruit. The coffee was of good quality, as was the selection of teas. Luggage storage also worked very well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location right next to Kensington gardens, two minutes from the Queensway tube station.
Located on the south side of the River Thames, 650 metres from the London Underground, Park Plaza London Riverbank has free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs.

It’s a lovely hotel in a good location for the o2, close to all the bars and restaurants of Canary Wharf.
The hotel is well presented, the room was spotlessly clean and the staff were attentive and professional. We stayed in a standard room (226) and had a view of the Thames, which was a nice little extra.
We didn’t eat there but the bar was comfortable and reasonably priced for a 4* London hotel.
