Lovely size room, reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The spa was a perfect treat for R and R. We booked our stay as a birthday treat and were very touched to receive a complimentary drinks voucher and find some delicious mini cakes beautifully presented in our room. Our dinner was also lovely in the Bay Tree restaurant, service was excellent and efficient. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lovely accommodation with everything i needed for stay, great Hosts and lots of nice little touches to make stay very comfortable. The hideaway is clean well cared for and has everything needed. Have stayed a few times now for work and always look to see if available when going to office in East Grinstead. I stay in lot of hotels for work so this is a very welcome change to be able to cook for myself and is very homely compared to hotel rooms.
