From the moment we stepped in the door the lady on the desk was absolutely lovely and very helpful she set up the bouncy castle just for my son he was delighted as he didn't think she would as he was the only child around at that time, the dinner was delicious, for breakfast there was a number of options pancakes, croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurt and hot counter with sausages, bacon etc. The beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool is heated so it was really nice they have floats, pool noodles and beach balls for the kids to use. Over all we had a fantastic stay I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you have a car to travel as it is 15 minutes away from the town and any shops so a car would be needed as I didn't see any bus stops around.

It’s location is good with easy access to buses and lots of nearby restaurants. We easily found a free park for our car in a nearby street. The property was easy to drive to.

There’s plenty to do, it’s only 10 mins from the city centre of Belfast. Be careful of the bus lanes though, it’s a hefty fine if you drive in them! Thankfully it’s only 20mph in the city, it gives you time to decide which lane to be in and stay out of the bus lane!!
Check in staff were very polite and helpful.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff,. Had evening meal in the bar, food was excellent although no heat on and was very cold. Room was warm just not the bar area, so didn't entice us to sit too long. Attended wedding party. Function room was beautifully decorated and ideal for the occasion.. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast highly recommended.
I liked the food, the evening meal was very good and I enjoyed the breakfast also. The pool was lovely, nice and quiet to have a swim and hot tub was lovely. Gorgeous views from the hotel
