The location was good for our business meeting in Cookstown. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was including in the room rate.

The property is on a farm and has been wonderfully restored. It is very cosy and like a home from home. It was lambing season so great to see all the lambs . Isabella couldn't do enough for us and was so helpful and knew the area and attractions very well. A welcome basket was waiting for us and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend staying here.

If you don’t mind driving as it gets dark, have dinner out, then return 2-4 miles I think. The Farm & mountain views are splendid. Lovely sunsets!
