The whole experience was very enjoyable and I wholeheartedly...
The whole experience was very enjoyable and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone who has to stay in the area. The food was excellent, the rooms comfortable and clean and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.
We really liked the staff, they were just the most friendliest people we’ve meet working at a hotel. They were helpful. Very lovely staff. So on this basis alone we would definitely return numerous times.
The food was amazing too. We ate at the hotel every morning and evening. Our room the Argyle suite was stunning! The bathroom was just stunning. Also very close 5 mins walk to Busby train station to get a train to Glasgow.
Room , was very nice… shower very slippery no where to put toiletries while using shower!
Lovely bathroom but not very user friendly, shower sends water all over the flooring making it
a hazardous.
Second pillow in cupboard had staining on it! Telephone not been cleaned in months.
Apart f on that rest of hotel was very nice comfortable .
I was attending a wedding at the hotel, and there were no problems with the accommodation or the wedding reception, Some of the guests returning to their rooms at the end of the function were very noisy, but that is outwith your control. The evening meal on the date of arrival and the breakfasts on subsequent days were very good.
