Absolutely everything.
Staff are exceptional, who ever sets the culture and drives the standards needs to be very proud of the team, as not one person I interacted with during my stay was anything but brilliant. Staff are friendly, professional, kind, uplifting, engaging, attentive and make the hotel a really joy to stay at. The Food was great, ambience is relaxed and restful, decor is beautiful.
The 3 star rating is total nonsense, this hotel is a 4star plus….
I will 100% be back.

Met our expectations in terms of price. Staff were very friendly and communal areas were welcoming. Bathroom was spacious.

The whole experience was very enjoyable and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone who has to stay in the area. The food was excellent, the rooms comfortable and clean and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.
There's nothing not to like, from the moment we got there and met Sarah on reception to our lovely clean comfortable room ( amazing shower) and a wonderful meal with Julie as our very attentive sweet waitress, not to mention the recommended whiskey and the locals who made our stay a truly amazing evening at the Busby hotel...10/10 to your whole team for all of your friendlyness and hospitality .
Staff were exceptional and very accommodating - they went above and beyond to help. Everyone I encountered seemed to really care about their guests having the best experience. The hotel and rooms were kept immaculately clean and the room we had was spacious with a nice neutral decor. Overall I was very happy with my stay and I would return.
I was attending a wedding at the hotel, and there were no problems with the accommodation or the wedding reception, Some of the guests returning to their rooms at the end of the function were very noisy, but that is outwith your control. The evening meal on the date of arrival and the breakfasts on subsequent days were very good.
