Warm genuine greeting from staff when we arrived after tiresome ferry journey. First room didnt quite suit - very quickly offered an alternative without a hitch. We arrived late but food still available so all good.

I got an upgrade which was very nice! The room had a desk so I could work there although the internet wasn't great - I tethered off of my 5G most of the time.
