WE LOVED EVERYTHING! We were 3 ladies celebrating a birthday milestone. We were slightly "worried" the space might be too tight a squeeze for 3, but we were pleasantly surprised. The POD was spacious, well appointed, comfy and warm. The hot tub was delicious and the sauna up and running....what a treat. Communication with Christine was helpful and easy. The highlight of our visit, though, was walking into this gorgeous, bright, POD to a celebratory banner and and bottle of Prosecco. We were blown away by the gesture. We couldn't have been happier!

The food was very good (Breakfast and Dinner). The minimal staff were working their proverbial tails off, and were very friendly and patient - hats off to them.

Clean cozy room with everything we needed on the ground floor; no stairs to climb. Good location in Goldspie. Able to street park without a fee right in front of our accommodation. Fantastic internet and was able to work remotely without any issues. Very comfortable beds. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Delicious home cooked breakfast with many food options; we chose the full Scottish breakfast. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. An information binder was provided in our room regarding accommodation and local restaurants, hikes, activities, points of interest.

Affordable and simple, but comfy, place to sleep. Hotel bar is a good place to grab a pint and chat with locals and other travelers.
Located in Dornoch, Links House at Royal Dornoch has a restaurant, bar, terrace, and free WiFi. Private parking is available at the property. All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV.
Beautiful sandy beaches. Plenty walks. Good hotels and a fantastic golf course. My only gripe! I asked for catch of the day (turbot) and on the menu it said with new potatoes and greens. It looked lovely but underneath the turbot was salmon. I can't stand salmon. Thankfully I'm not allergic but it did ruin our meal. However the rest of the meal was lovely and the staff went over and above. The royal marine is a lovely pet friendly hotel.

Brora was amazing. The NC500 pods were the most stunning, idyllic pods I’ve ever stayed in. The hot tub, sauna and the views wow amazing. It’s by far the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed in and will definitely be back. The most amazing trip. Definitely book the NC500 pods.

There was no indication that dogs are only allowed in the kitchen and lounge. The price was £710 but charged £740 for pet fee which I thought fair enough. On arrival after unloading, showering, going shops to get food we see a post it note left on the dining table advising dogs only to stay in kitchen or lounge not allowed on furniture. If we had known this before we would not have booked as our dog sleeps upstairs. For 6 nights my dog cried each night. The shower was blocked and water was over flowing

The Roses is a lovely cottage with everything you need - it is like a home from home . It is near the beach and the scenery is beautiful. It is a great place to relax and recharge your batteries. We love visiting the nearby towns of Dornoch, Golspie and Helmsdale . On a previous trip , we saw wild deer in the hills and that was very exciting .
The hotel is very clean. It is newely renovated but they managed to preserve the historical identity of the hotel very well. Great location near the Brora Beach but also suitable for the NC500 with day trips from Brora. We found the hotel to be quite unique in the north side of Scotland.
Great service in the Restaurant and Bar with very good food and lot's of choices in the drinks menu.
The staff was very professional but also nice and helpful.
The house is situated well for visiting different places and handy for Brora’s beautiful beach..We loved the garden room which was bright and very comfortable . It was great to have deckchairs to sit out the back garden in the lovely weather. Mairi , the owner ,was only a text/ call away which was very handy when we left to come home and forgot our keys . We would definitely love to to go back .
The location is amazing. Only 5 mins from the beach. The cottage is isolated so you get a private stay and lovely views to the ocean. Has fibre internet and the speed is really good. Brora town is only 5 mins drive and you are 5-10 mins from some of the main tourist attractions including Dunrobin castle. Colin and his family have been excellent specially in terms of communication.
Stunning location, with gorgeous views of the sea and brora golf course. Apartment was spotless with everything you would need to accommodate a family for a comfortable stay. Staff at thistle holiday let's were very helpful, we have already booked our next visit. Highly recommend.

Spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. Shower cubicle as well as bath. The whole building has olde world timeless charm and elegance. Lots of lounges and areas for relaxation. Pleasant cocktail bar and comfortable seating. Attractive dining room.
Driving through the Highlands, we needed a last minute hotel. 2 rooms were open and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious, even luxurious. The staff was great. And we had a lovely day at the beach.
The hotel was very well decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Every single person was knowledgeable and helpful. Rebecca and Alex were some of the best we have ever experienced.
Breakfast was good quality food. Staff were friendly. Sorted out a cheese platter when arrived after kitchen had closed. Rate reduced significantly when problems with room pointed out. Bed spacious and comfy.
On arriving, we met Sean, who was very pleasant and offered advice on the best places in Brora to go for something to eat and drink. Sids Spice is a good place for a curry.
Perfect location in the middle of Brora with 3 great bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful living room. Have stayed before, will stay again! Alison was awesome.
The location was second to none for local and further flung places of interest. The location within Brora was perfect for convenience and stunning for views.
