The setting was very good. Lovely interior with friendly staff.
I'm afraid that Bo'ness has nothing. I went for a walk into "town" but there is no town. One pub / restaurant and a tiny indian takeaway with eat in facilities. The town is pretty much completely boarded up.

Hotel was in a good location for sightseeing Falkirk, Stirling & Edinburgh. The 3 bridges boat tour from South Queensferry is a must, include the trip to Inchcolm Island. The Orocco Pier restaurant in the town serves lovely food and has amazing views across to the Forth Bridge.
Friendly staff at the hotel.
Room was very warm at night even when the radiators were switched off. Shower could of been better, water temperature was hot then cold.

The staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and the bed very comfortable. Great wifi (although I've head you need to choose your room carefully if this is going to be a requirement for you as they're not all served the same) and good facilities. Unfortunately didn't have time to get breakfast but heard that the food was very good. I've stayed here in the past and the facilities and overall presentation of the hotel have definitely gone up a notch.
This is a very nice hotel. It was quiet, and the rooms were quite spacious. There was plenty of parking, the bar and bar room were very nice, and the restaurant was great. The food was wonderful, and the prices were not outrageous. The staff was very friendly, especially the bar tenders and the restaurant staff. The hotel was in a really nice location, allowing us quick access to routes to the sites we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this place.
Breakfast first morning excellent no complaints second morning was busier the young gentleman was run off his feet felt really sorry for him should have two on when as busy there was no butter or milk on table so we had to keep asking him while he was really busy breakfast itself was very good . The young gentleman deserves great praise Young receptionist an asset to your hotel smiling chatty but not over the top very helpful.
I stayed here whilst visiting family in Bo'ness, it's in a great location - close to Tesco/takeaways/coffee shops, it's also really close to the Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway (always a joy to see a steam train). Also nearby is one of my favourite walks in Bo'ness; along the shore path to Blackness Castle. The hotel was spotlessly clean and so comfortable, plus all the staff were super friendly and always up for a chat.
Stayed here twice now ,staff very professional mostly , a couple of them absolute gems, welcoming and helpful ,nice full scottish breakfast
floors a bit creaky ! and there was some kind of Dog club staying at the time , so were in and out slamming doors and barking throughout the evenings ! perhaps allocate a separate wing of the hotel in future ?
overall very good , will stay there again
Everything about the room's facilities were as one would expect but we were really impressed to have two very comfortable armchairs in the room, not many hotel rooms do and this was MUCH appreciated. Plus we were able to park right outside so carrying the luggage in was really easy.
Excellent location very close to the attractions we visited including Blackness Castle, Linlithgow Palace, The Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel all of which are worth a visit.
Hotel was clean with an excellent size room. Cooked breakfast (vegetarian) was excellent.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast menu was great and the restaurant/bar are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lovely hotel and great value for money - we will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood not far from the Edinburgh Airport. It’s an old building that has been updated. Very well appointed rooms, not large but adequate. very nice restaurant.
Loved it! An old style Scottish hotel-pub. Outstanding breakfast and very good evening meal. Top staff. Lovely village in the heart of shortbread-tin Scotland.
The staff was very nice and or ground floor room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located a short distance from a lot of sightseeing opportunities.
