Great location, parking in and around side street. Rooms were spacious, modern deco and clean. (Room 5). No breakfast included but Greggs vouchers provided to use in the shop nearby. Pub downstairs has a variety of lagers and beers with a varied menu for daytime and evening meals.

Jo and Paul have got it right. From the lovely friendly welcome we got when we arrived to the beautiful spacious room along with an amazing tea and coffee making tray. The Cadbury’s hot chocolate cups were a lovely addition. They gave us recommendations for dinner. Went to Amore an Italian restaurant which was amazing. And then the breakfast. Jo said we wouldn’t leave hungry and we certainly didn’t. What a cooked breakfast it was. Thank you once again for a lovely stay in Aberdare. X

The location of the property was perfect.
The bed were comfy which meant a good sleep all round. The heating system was spot on especially after a cold day.

Just refurbished to an excellent standard, everything there for a comfortable stay.
Shopping was a bit limited in the village. There is a Spar and a couple of convenience stores - not one of them had any bananas (availability of fresh fruit and veg was minimal in all three shops) and only one shop (Spar) sold brown bread. Kebab/Chip Shop but we didn't try. Stock up before you arrive is my suggestion.
