The local area looked lovely but we didn't have much time to look around. We had a gift experience booked with Mainline Border Collies a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again though.

A charming and lively village, set in beautiful countryside-winding roads, babbling brooks, sheep safely grazing, good Yorkshire stone houses. Bingley town centre has all the amenities of a city-shops, pubs, food, nightlife, yet a few minutes drive can take you up to windswept moors or down to leafy glades and glens. I’d like to explore more next time.

Bingley was a most pleasant surprise to us.
Bingley was a most pleasant surprise to us. It is within a very short train journey from Leeds, seems to have excellent bus services - we saw many buses going to Bradford and Leeds. There is a respectable amount of restaurants and eateries. We ate at the Old White Horse Brasserie on Valentine's Day, which was an awesome experience. We also had lunch at the Brown Cow just along the road from the Old White Horse and the food, service and ambience were also all of a very high standard.
It seems that Bingley is the place to go if you need a hairdresser. I have never seen so many barbers and hairdressers in such a short distance! You can also visit the Three and Five Rise Locks on the Leeds and Liverpool canal. We didn't manage the Five Rise due to the highly inclement weather, but the Three Rise was neat (see photo), located as it is near the Damart buildings and with a lovely view down the valley.

Locks are fascinating, town looks good but we didn't spend time in Bingley. Keighley Creative Centre had an excellent art exhibition. Salts Mill at Saltaire is amazing, needs at least half a day and could spend more time there.
It's a lovely part of the country.

I was working in Keighley for a couple of days but did have the chance to visit nearby towns and while rather bleak (it was raining heavily). I have not been put off and will try and visit the area again.
The hotel is well located and is a beautiful listed building and sympathetically restyled. There’s plenty of parking and the continental breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The staff were particularly nice - Marise arranged a beautiful room for us to mark a celebration and both the gentleman who checked us in and the lady at breakfast the following morning were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
The property is very beautiful and in a convenient location to downtown Bingley. You can easily walk to places and it was clean. Most of the staff were really friendly. Mark was even kind enough to loan my mother a converter from US to UK, closed her curtains for her, and offered an extra blanket if she needed it. My mother had a beautiful garden view although my view was of the rooftop complete with dirty cigarette butts.
This was my first stay for an event. The weather was lovely and the hotel was a short walk from the 5 rise locks which were very interesting. I was able to watch boats come up.
The town centre was a short walk down hill I had a nice meal in an Italian restaurant and the following night at the white horse pub was also good sat outside overlooking the weir.
Breakfast was very good with a good range of cooked food.
Friendly people that run this business as I have stayed here before. Room was warm and the bed was comfortable with a nice shower in the morning.
Wifi worked well with no issues.
It is out of season for the hotel so no cooked food was available but they recommended some eateries in Bingley so I went to the Brown Cow Pub which was very nice and great food with a good choice of Ales.
The staff were the best part of our stay. Every person we interacted with was very friendly and personable. The location was great and had nice areas to walk our dog. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was good. We opted for the half board option and feel it was good value.
The food was very good in the evening and morning but would have preferred a slightly earlier time for the evening meal, 6.30pm is later than normal for me.
Bed was comfortable and where the hotel is located is nice and quiet with no traffic noise so a good night's sleep was had.
Friendly, clean, great real ale. Wish we could have stayed longer. Best option in Binglely (the other Bingley hotel has a lot of dog hairs and dog smell, this one is perfect as I'm alergic to dogs).
The hotel was set in a lovely location, not far from the center of the town. We used it to gain access to the local county side which was stunning. Don't miss the Five Rise Locks.
Tucked away in a residential area, no noise. Centrally located for what we wanted to do.
Unfortunately coming out of co-vid no chef but plenty of restaurants nearby, if driving.
