There was absolutely nothing i like at this property, in fact i didn't even check- in because i made the booking at 01:30 AM on Wednesday 3rd April for the 2nd -3rd April a one night stay which booking.coms booking system accepted and produced a booking and a reference number even though it was me who made the mistake by booking the wrong date, a computer system should not allow a customer to book a date that has already past. the problem was caught just as i arrive at the hotel as they had grant me a early check in. when the manager of the property notice the mistake he tried to have me pay for another room cash only and to bypass booking .com My loyalty is with booking.com and so i contact booking.com and was told I would be getting a refund, i booked another hotel and have written to booking.com on numerous occasions but they have failed to refund me my money on a mistake that was made by all parties.
