Everything about our stay was fantastic, the location is great and the clubhouse had everything you need. Now to the caravan.... simply amazing and exceptional, the photo's do not do this justice. Everything looks like new and is so clean. Will definitely stay again

I would not recommend this place we changed rooms 3 times as one room was full of rubbish wasn’t cleaned the second room had a flood the 3rd room full of damp we then got woke up at 2 in the morning the fire alarm went off 3 times there was no manager on site Tony the night staff was fantastic as we was going home at 4 in the morning we had enough he sat us down and got us a drink as we had such a bad time don’t think anyone slept that night we have asked for a full refund we only had 1 night to are selfs and are day and night was totally ruined would never go back here again the place needs a good refurb and clean

Lovely stay
The room was lovely so clean and nicely laid out, the location of the hotel was amazing, with a sea view room with balcony which was lovely.
Caravan was not up to standards. Windows were broken did not close properly, handles missing from door. Damage to wall in one of the rooms, stool was insecure and completely loose causing someone to fall off it. Every door was dirty. Appareared not cleaned for some time. Decking was dirty. Outside seat cushions has been left out so all soaking wet. Could go on with more. Messaged owners as left early due to the heater not working in main bedroom to cold for elderly parents and they have not even responded when we arrived messaged about some the issues and was told waiting on Unity previous damage caused by other rentals. This should not be rented in this state

Plenty to do for families , our children enjoyed the splash land and the rides. We didn't manage to fit In a visit to the animal park this time so will be going back again soon . Plenty of choice for places to eat.
