The self check in and spacious car park made it really easy and stress free for arrival. The location was great for town and a friendly pub was very close, which was a bonus. The breakfast was enormous and superb.

Fantastic location right on the riverside, perfect for strolls along the river and into Ilkley. We were starting the Dales Way so it could not have been a better location. Food was nice and reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. They organised a packed lunch and filled our flasks for our walk all for just £7.50. Bed was comfortable, our room was quiet and breakfast was delicious. We both slept well.

Fish and chips were fab in the bistro, breakfast great. Spa nice, the location is outstanding, right on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Overall quite a luxury option, helpful staff, well maintained gardens.
I loved the fact that there were all the facilities we required and found it better than a hotel room. It was more spacious than I had first anticipated, which helped as we were staying for a few nights. With it being at the back of the hosts house (joined on), you wouldn't have thought this was the case. The noise levels with both ourselves and the host were kept to a considerate level at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at The Little Acorn. We also hope to stay here again in the near future.
Plenty of utensils in the kitchen to cook and quite spacious. House gets plenty light and kitchen and lounge space is quite big to spend time with friends and family. Conviniently located near tesco and other utilities with plenty of places to eat and roam around near by.
