The breakfast was very nice and the staff were helpful in swapping rooms for us as the room we were put in had faulty lights, light switches that didn't work and air con that wasn't working properly, all were working in our 2nd room.

The property was clean throughout the staff were lovely and friendly and the room was well worth the price. The tube station is at the end of the road but the noise didn’t wake us or bother us at all. The breakfast was also very nice. We visited comic con during our stay and the staff were brilliant with allowing us to leave our vehicle for an extra few hours.

It's a great location, staff are friendly and I had a good night sleep (thanks to the free earplugs provided), but this is needed due to the rumble of the trains outside the window!

every thing was perfect, but the coffee table needs to be replaced as one of the wheels are missing and a spare bathroom mat for someone staying more than 1 night as it does not dry up, lovely stay other than that.
