I loved how friendly the staff were, from the staff at reception to the man stocking the buffet. It made such a difference to the whole experience. Plus I loved the decor. The eating area felt like we were in an independent cafe rather than a bland hotel chain.

ibis London Barking, hotel in Barkingside

This hotel has 24-hour reception, free WiFi and snacks. It is 10 minutes’ drive from the O2, ExCeL Exhibition Centre and West Ham football stadium, and 20 minutes from Tower Bridge and central London....

Very disappointed with breakfast. It cost £12 for a coffee and a ting muffin. The buffet was poorly maintained. Sporadic top ups would appear from kitchen at 10 or 15 minute intervals. Some residents were greedy and would pile up on any available food on their plates like Mountain High and only eat a portion leaving much waste whilst others had reduced or no availability of some items in the buffet. The breakfast was poorly managed and given the numbers at breakfast and the price it made for a disappointing experience.

every thing was perfect, but the coffee table needs to be replaced as one of the wheels are missing and a spare bathroom mat for someone staying more than 1 night as it does not dry up, lovely stay other than that. Thank yo for a lovely stay
