We stayed in the hotel for a wedding and the staff were great. Nothing was a problem for them and they went over and above what was expected. We had different meals and snacks during the day and breakfast the next morning and all were excellent.

Ballymena is a well equipped, variety of shop wise, middle sized town. It was a trip back to where ancestors had left for Australasia...so to visit there, Broughshane, Tamlaght O'Crilly and the area was poignant.

There for wedding at another hotel so only there from ll 30 pm then overnight reception very nice got booked in early before wedding they also booked us a taxi to wedding at other hotel breakfast wes v good only problem came back at approx 11 20 went to bar and barman said bar closed explained we were residents just answered bar closes at 11 30 I said it was only 11 25 gave us ad and said that was our last didn't want or ask for another drink bad attitude otherwise stay was good
Everything. From the fantastic guy on check-in who made us feel most welcome and gave us information on taxis etc. Showed us the different areas of the hotel for dining, socialising etc and direction to our room. Everything we needed to know if we were returning late at night to access the hotel as we were attending a wedding in the local area. He made us feel at home rather than new guests.
It was in a great location to visit most of the attractions spread across Northern Ireland. Hosts were fantastic and were so friendly. They took us on a visit to their dairy farm as well and let us cuddle the newborn cattle also. Considering the price and the facilities in the place, this is worth for the money you spend
