Beautiful location. Comfortable beds, lovely bedding. Warm and cosy. Nicely decorated, especially the shells. Had a luxurious feel. We enjoyed the coffee pods.
They had everything you need and offered extras that other places wouldn’t e.g. toiletries, baking equipment, condiments. I particularly liked the home comforts of Netflix, Disney plus, sky tv and wifi in both rooms. Really nice touch that other places do not offer.
Very clean.
Towels and bedding were of a very high standard.
They allowed my daughter to park her camper van outside for no extra charge and she could use the facilities. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Thank you so much.

Immediate response and replacement of kettle was great. To have a separate toilet was useful. Cozy seats and couch was perfect to relax after a long day in the highlands. Bedsheets had a good smell.

Exceptional wee lodges - so cosy and warm. Luxe bedding, towels and fixtures and fittings. I’m dairy free so can’t tell you how much I appreciated the Oat Milk Sachets and teas available. Bath was outstanding and waking up to the sound of birds tapping on the window was idyllic. Host Janice was wonderful and so helpful, friendly and communicative. Paths are lit by solar lights but all the keys have wee keys on them which was a great touch! We really enjoyed our break and feel lucky we found you - we will be back!

This was our first night in Scotland and after a long day travelling, this was just perfect. Easy access with great off-street parking! The room was tidy and clean, was a 5 minutes walk to the village centre. Had great sceneries and the host left a manual with all the top attractions of the area, including all the best food places near by!
Bed was super comfy and pod was very spacious! Would definitely love to come back here again!

A great village to base yourself in. Lots of activities on offer to suit all interests and a number of eateries to choose from. You don't need to travel that far to outer lying villages which also have well established set ups for tourists/ visitors.

Ballachulish is a small town in a great location - so much good hiking near by. The best thing about the town itself is the Laroach Restaurant. The dishes were so unusual, interesting, and tasty. Try the sweet potato soup if it is offered.

attractive village next to a loch.
attractive village next to a loch. Handy reasonably short drive to Glencoe chairlift.
Good place to stay for winter sports enthusiasts because if the mountain closes for bad weather Ballachulish has some good walks down by the loch and in the woods behind at low altitude so milder and more sheltered from the wind. so there is something to do and enjoy.
Good spar shop to get supplies if you are self catering.

Ballachulish is small with only a handful or places to eat...
Ballachulish is small with only a handful or places to eat and drink, which we found a bit restrictive as most of them closed at 8pm. The Laroch served nice food, as did the Quarriers Kitchen next door serving takeaway fish, chips, and pizza. Unfortunately we found the area didn't cater well to vegetarians/vegans. The lochside location of Ballachulish is beautiful and a great spot for access to Glencoe.
This was in such an amazing location in Glencoe. Surrounded by the stone mountains. like something out of a fairy tale. My daughter and I walked the West Highland Way for a few days but then had to give into blisters and tired feet. This was such a great place to relax and hang out while my sister finished that days hike. They have a Restaurant and a couple of bar areas that were really fun to hang out at and get a great bite to eat or drink.
the house and room/bathroom was absolutely terrific. the owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable, inviting us to enjoy their outdoor area, offering us countless refreshments and offering suggestions of nearby restaurants. the hosts even made us breakfast for the road since we couldn’t stay. they also supplied us with water and snacks for the road!
they are lovely people and we would stay again in a heartbeat!
Privacy.
Cottage is set just off the A82, out of sight and very private. Connected to the owners home but you won’t hear any noise. I have stayed there twice and will stay again. A small cosy cottage ideal for 1/2 people. Great WiFi and smart TV. Only stayed in the winter so had to cook my own food as local places largely shut. Ballachulish Co-Op is great though.
Johny was very friendly and welcoming as well as informative. He shared local knowledge and experience with us including referring us to the local hotel for our evening meal. Great views of the surrounding mountains
Picturesque setting in the woods. Very clean, with good level of privacy between cabins. Near to Lochs Leven and Linhe, Ballachulish village and Glencoe mountains. Fort William is a short drive away.
It is located just by the loch with a great mountain view from the garden. The room was spotlessly clean. WiFi worked well. The host provided helpful information about local restaurants.
Very lovely space and well located. Hosts were super nice and greeted us on arrival in person and with chocolate muffins! Gave lots of advice regarding good walks and restaurants.
Separate accommodations connected to owners residence. 2-bedroom, 2- bath with kitchen and laundry. beautiful setting and close proximity to the highlights of the Highlands
Cosy, clean, comfortable and welcoming! Amazing scenery and fab seafood restaurant just down the road, homecooked breakfast in the morning was delicious too.
