Comfortable rooms and lounge. Useful to have use of a kitchen as well as it is quite isolated. Excellent continental breakfast,. I particularly liked the natural yogurt and fruit. Wilma was friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed exploring the area.

Location was excellent for the night before a ferry trip.

Staff were brilliant. Food was pretty good as well . .

The guy who was working when we checked in was amazing he made us feel right at home, the real fire in the bar was lovely and we enjoyed the live music, our wee dog was made to feel at home too. Although the kitchen was closed you could go across the road to the sister hotel which had lovely food and was again dog 🐶 friendly. Would stay here again 😁

This place was so welcoming and friendly. The hosts were wonderful and were quite the chefs at breakfast! The cottage itself was cozy. I wish we could have stayed longer but we had to move on. Their little dog,Pig, was a charmer! I had to mention him!

The place has a bar as well as a restaurant. We spent our evening visiting with people in the pub and had a great time. We drank with some locals who told us about their life with respect to sheep farming, dog training, etc. It was probably the most fun we had on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at An Cois Na Mara. Comfortable rooms, wonderful setting and a delicious breakfast. The host was also very helpful sending recommendations for where to eat for dinner well before we arrived. We would have no hestition staying there again.
