Poor!
Poor! Room was roasting hot asked for a fan at 3AM in the morning was told it would be brought up and never did, I paid extra for pool/gym access and it was fully booked when I got there didn’t get any chance to use the facilities and that was the main reason I booked this hotel. Would have preferred to stay at home.

Thought the town was grubby, too many cheap shops, and empty shops. No core centre, tatty shops spread out everywhere. the market hall was the only place that seems to have kept a traditional shopping venue. Even there, there were empty stalls. The open market was dreadful not what I remembered it from years ago .

Our overall experience was good. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel until half past one in the morning. We were checked in by the night porter, which was fantastic. I loved the room and the furniture as it didn’t feel corporate at all. We also really enjoyed our breakfasts. The location of the Broadoak is fantastic, as you can easily walk into the centre of Ashton. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
If you're looking for somewhere that's close to all the local amenities and close to Manchester City centre, then this is an alright place to stay for the money that was paid for the property. Whilst this place isn't the ritz, or a hilton hotel, if I needed to be near Manchester again, I would consider staying again.
The apartment was very stylish and comfortable. We came to Manchester for Christmas shopping and this was much better value than any of the hotels in the area. Everything you needed for a short stay was available and we would highly recommend it.
Central to our needs. Family is close enough to visit.us. Staff is very pleasant. My husband loves football. He was very happy with sports.bar.. Full of Television. The hotel has Starbucks on site, which is my favorite.
Stayed at this hotel before and I know that its away from the busy city center
