breakfast was excellent choice of every thing just take your pick location good walks or just sit outside enjoying the view with a drink near to Gretna outlets shopping and shops Annan plus the old work place were explosives were made well worth a visit walk along the shore to the caravan leisure centre for a meal or just a drink.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming . The room was clean and comfortable with lovely soft pillows and a nice comfy bed. Shower was lovely and hot . Coffee and toast in the morning was a plus point .
