Clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Needed to stay an extra night and this was accommodated with ease. The hotel has been refurbished and very nice.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Colm was a lovely host who delivered breakfast each morning in a little basket and was happy to deliver earlier if requested. The location is a quiet secluded area so I would advise doing a shop before arriving as there was a little fridge in the closet room.

Very convenient for the airport. The rooms were very nice and had everything in them that you need. My room was very big. There is a lounge for residents too. There was a good choice for breakfast and you wouldn't leave hungry!!
A good base to travel to sights in Northern Ireland as good road links.
My daughter was leaving at 545 and owner rang us before we left and advised us that there was a queue at drop off and to drop her elsewhere. This was above and beyond what he needed to do.
I would definitely stay again.

Could not fault the Lodge, if travelling by bus out to accommodation make sure it’s the Europa Airport Bus from the appropriate bus station, and ask bus driver to stop right at the door of Lodge. If travelling by car or taxi there is no problem.

Aldergrove airport itself is dated and dull and needs major investment, the approach roads to the airport need investment while the shopping choices are very poor. No information desk or customer service desk in the arrivals section, no staff assistance or announcements on delayed baggage.
Staff on duty throughout the airport are fantastic very attentive, mannerly and helpful throughout , but the building and surroundings requires major investment in order to attract more tourism to Northern Ireland.

Comfy bed, everything we needed was included in the price of the room. Fantastic choices on the menu with good quality fresh produce served attractively. Staff welcoming and informative. Really close to the airport.

Very disappointing .
Very disappointing . It was not clean and had little Covid 19 protection measures in place. The food in the restaurant was of a poor standard and service was slow. The TV in our room did not work properly and reception were unable to sort it. We would recommend others to think carefully before booking this hotel. We will never use it again when travelling from Belfast International airport or making any other visit to Belfast.
By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff. We stayed here because we were connecting through Belfast and the staff was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. I should call out the super friendly receptionist that checked us out - she was very kind, and the nice man with the Christmas jumper that helped us with my dad who was in a wheelchair. Thank you!

I loved this hotel! It looked lovely, & the location was perfect for easily accessing the airport. They had a shuttle service to Belfast International which was just brilliant.
The breakfast buffet was delicious too! And great value for under £10.

Everything was fine. The hotel was right next to the airport, which was ideal for an early 06:00 flight back to England in the morning. The room was spacious and had chairs and a desk. I had a nice meal in the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable.
The location of the hotel was perfect as we had a very early flight the next morning. We took advantage of the free airport shuttle and the staff even provided us with some toast and coffee before our departure! In addition, dinner was delicious!
