Another of these bed and breakfast, hotels, very simple, and a decent chain. Parking was really easy, and there was plenty of it, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Ideal for a stop on the road.

Situated within 6.8 km of WTC Grenoble and 7 km of AlpExpo, B&B HOTEL Grenoble Université provides rooms in Gières. The 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi.
Should state that this property is a studio. Not an apartment, this was a big disappointment for us. There was no washing machine or ironing facilities. Everything was in ONE room. Had I known this , I would not have booked this property.
It is NOT sound proof from upstairs. We could hear their music and moving of chairs / furniture/ hammering ! Jack, the host was friendly.
