The hotel was in an excellent location, overlooking the central square of Grenoble. The rooms were fully booked, and ours was one of the last available, so it was small and not particularly modern. However, its unique charm somewhat made up for this. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Fantastic hotel, the staff are very friendly. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the food is fine dining, but you get a discount for staying in the hotel. The room was huge, with a view of the mountains from the bath! It’s amazing value, and we’d definitely go back next time we’re in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes department, fantastic level of hospitality and a very personal touch.
