Lovely atmosphere in this quiet house set in trees and fields. The woman who owns the place is also extremely friendly and welcoming (quickly and pleasantly helping me sort out my booking once we realised I'd initially booked the wrong dates...). Her little dog is also very cute and adds to the atmosphere.

Very clean & comfortable rooms, which I assume had been recently refurbished. Complimentary drink brought to our room on arrival. The best bit by far however was the food, which was remarkably good. The evening menu was beautifully curated and executed, with superb combination of tastes and textures, without being fussy or extravagant. Good selection of wines on offer, with many lower volume local producers represented.
