The host was excellent, and made us feel very welcome, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and had good access, breakfast was lovely, and freshly served, and nothing was too much trouble for the host.

The best part of our stay was the lovely lady at check-in who asked if we would like the downstairs room on the end of the hotel which had a door to the outside, so we could easily bring the dogs in and out. It also made it really easy for us to load and unload our luggage. Very thoughtful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice - eggs, yoghurt, fruit, bread, and delicious escargot pastries!
