Great friendly and helpful check-in. Small double but nicely done, very modern and a lovely shower. Parking is right in front of the hotel and we were advised that as it was Sunday, the main car park was free until 9 am on Monday or we could park in the Ibis bays with a charge of 10€ until later on the Monday. There are a few things to do in Sundhoffen, but the biggest advantage of the place is it's excellent location - close to Colmar, the Vosges, the Rhine river and not too far from Strasbourg, it is very central and perfect for day excursions.
There are also a number of buses which passed the property that go onwards to Colmar, so it is handy for people without a vehicle - however failing this, you would ideally need a vehicle to get around (for example, there are not any shops close-by).
