Service and location excellent. Good dining room and reception area. Rooms a bit tired, the whole building needs an uplift, bathroom refitted with showers rather than bath and shower over. No opening windows on ground floor, just doors which are not secure at night.

Site was on the outskirts of two very nice villages no more than 7 minutes by car. Accommodation was fine for my family with the bonus of a BBQ so cooked dinner on the decking. It was quiet during our stay

The hosts were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to see to our needs, and ensure that we were comfortable. We loved being in this quiet, small-town setting. The breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is very convenient for Le Mans. The owner couldn't be more helpful and it was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the evening dinner was absolutely superb and consisted of fantastic regional dishes.
