Friendly service. Great location. Quite expensive. Breakfast very average and expensive. Dinner average but good to have Menu of the Day thereby avoiding having to select from A La Carte menu.

The room was lovely although a little tired. Could have done with having a proper china cup instead of a paper cup and some proper tea bags not mint tea but thats just my personal preference

Great location and suite. Reception needs to be more welcoming. Would be great if the staff recommended where to have a drink and eat or even upsell. Literally arrived got my key card and was sent to third floor. No literature in the room no offers no menus nothing. No information given on parking.
