I travelled the >>Route de Grandes Alps<< and the accommodation is perfectly located along the route. A hotel from another time - lets call it a vintage hotel, clean and with nicely kept details. Super friendly host Fred is very helpful and offers dinner too. Since he is a good cook, you should go for the dinner, enjoy the fine wine and have good talks with the other guests surrounding the old big wooden table ...
Stunning small hotel in an incredible setting. We had cycled there and they were able to accommodate our bikes no problem. The hosts are lovely and extremely helpful. The dinner was the best meal we had all trip and the breakfast was great too (homemade bread and croissants)
Charming little hotel managed by the owner himself, the rooms are tidy, comfortable and it's a nice spot to rest when hiking/traveling in "le Mercantour". Dinner is optional and cooked by the owner himself for €27 (delicious, very convenient and exclusive for guests only).
Very cosy "old style" hotel, staff is very careful for the customers, very good and inexpensive meals and bar service, the sort of place where you easily hook up conversations with other travelers.
Location is perfect for hot summer traveling.
