As I was ill during my stay I cannot comment on the food as I hardly eat anything other than a bit of breakfast but the location and friendliness of the owner was excellent

Jean - Baptiste is a great guy. Arrived late but he jumped back in the kitchen and made me some warming soup and the best Duck Confit ever. The location is just stunning. Simple no frills room but comfortable bed and hot shower. Good conversation and the most sweet dog to bond with. I'll go back.
A cozy hotel with vintage furniture elements with a picturesque view of the mountains. The host was very welcoming and friendly, with good English skills.
The room had a comfortable bed, wardrobe, sink, towels. Shared use: wc, bathroom with bathtub and shower room. Our room had a small balcony. The view was amazing - I would love to come back here to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with this beautiful view of the mountains and the river with soothing water sounds nearby.
I travelled the >>Route de Grandes Alps<< and the accommodation is perfectly located along the route. A hotel from another time - lets call it a vintage hotel, clean and with nicely kept details. Super friendly host Fred is very helpful and offers dinner too. Since he is a good cook, you should go for the dinner, enjoy the fine wine and have good talks with the other guests surrounding the old big wooden table ...
