We were grated with a friendly welcome shown around and left to it. The room was spacious having a double bed and bunk bed in two separate but same room set up. There was full facilities to cook and make food and some left over food to use also which was nice in the morning. There is a small shop across the road but they only thing they had we wanted was water.

The Gite is beautifully placed on a hill with a great view. On both my visits I was the only guest, which meant that I had the downstairs breakfast room and kitchen for my own. Good breakfast. I liked that I could make coffee for in my thermos for part two of my travelling. In the morning, at breakfast, I saw a deer walking in the hills.

Regretably we could only stay overnight - the manageress was very welcoming and provided helpful advice for our trip into St Etienne. The hotel is well decorated with charm and the staff friendly and attentative.
Hotel in wonderful location with lovely walks around the lake. We had a very good dinner and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Wish we could have stayed in the area longer.
