It was very straightforward, and as expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really clean and had everything I needed. The bus service is close and seems cheaper, more frequent, reliable and pleasant than in comparable locations in the UK! Plenty to do in the area.

Nice room and bathroom, albeit rather smaller than we had hoped for. Breakfasts and evening dinners were all excellent. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking for the car and the hotel is situated in a pretty little town, within walking distance of the Chateau Cheverny.

The location was good, like so many of these hotels it's in a semi industrial area with good access to main roads and autoroutes. The reception area was nice and welcoming and the reception staff had read our late request and put us in rooms next to each other that were even adjoining which helped massively with being a family and having shared luggage.The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. It's clearly a family run business.
Fans had been placed in the rooms (although very grubby and dusty) due to the heat as no air con.
For the price you pay you sleep fine. It’s nothing special, very small room but the beds are comfortable and the staff friendly. Ideal for sleepover when you’re on the road. There is free parking in front of the hotel.
