We found this accommodation so charming, staff were very helpful and the location excellent. Just a short walk to the centre.

We got a little appartment - small but convenient and practical for one night. We didn't go to the pool - too tired! - or the restaurant. Good wifi.

Amazingly cheap, quiet motel set in pine trees with comfortable, if small room and shower en suite. Bed was good sized double and we both slept well. Pool was a bit cloudy but it was so hot we didn't care. Excellent good value french restaurant on site for lunch but shut at weekends which broke my heart as I was planning on at least another visit. Hotel is really close to huge shopping mall with Carrefour, Italian restaurant and Burger King to cater for all tastes or an Uber will take you 10 mins to get to the old town of Montpellier, with excellent bars and restaurants. We didn't bother with breakfast but am sure it was probably good.
Featuring a garden and a terrace, Hotel les Troenes is located in Montpellier. Guy de Chaulliac hospital is opposite the property, and many local schools and universities surround the hotel.

I had to be at the university early the next day so this was the perfect location to stay so I didn't have to worry about transport. The landlady (?) was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are basic, but quiet and perfect for what I needed. Very reasonably priced.

The property location for the hospitalier and Montpellier is brilliant.
You also have the local supermarkets and a couple of restaurants surrounded by boutiques.
Meals on location an effort has been made to give you value at around 20€ for all you can eat per person and it has its own car park albeit tight for the number of rooms.
It's a quiet and respectable establishment, but the overall star rating has to be on the meals, state of the room and planning meal times (have enough food)!
