Amazing stay in a fabulous gite with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Shame the weather was rubbish but lighting the wood burning stove on the chilliest evenings kept us toasty. WiFi worked really well (I had to work a couple of days)

Madame was lovely. Scrambled eggs from the chickens on the farm was lovely, each morning. Very rustic apartment, but charming. Gardens are beautiful and Lilly the dog was great, as we took our little pup Peanut with us. We loved the location but for some people, the area doesn't have much. There were no local shops etc. We drive, so there was no problem. We absolutely loved our stay there and will return again. The weather was kind to us and so were our hosts. The very satisfying breakfast was served to us on their beautiful terrace.
A lovely, rural, alpine lodge property. Our hosts suggestions on our fleeting visit, were spot-on.
Located in the heart of the Normandie Maine regional park, the Hotel Bellevue is opposite the castle of Bagnoles de L'Orne on the route of the Véloscénie and the GR22.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and every room looked like it had been recently refurbished and was immaculately maintained; door locks, windows, bathroom equipment, entrance door, breakfast room equipment, all was like new and worked perfectly. The owners/managers (?) could not have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating, I was allowed to park my motorcycle at the rear of the property during my stay.
Small city in the middle of nowhere in Normandy!
La Grange Gïtes: good choice for a weekend or longer stay, worth to try few days of work-from-home; too!;-) With family or group of friends, there are 3 separate appartments (4 peple each). Sleeping rooms and bathroom are upstairs, older people might find it challenging. Barbeque, terrasse, an excellent garden with petanque, small swimming pool are part of the 'package'. Excellent choice if you are looking for silence, nature, birds singing and a good recovering sleep.

The local towns are very beautiful and drenched in history. There are so many places to see and things to do.
