Met and welcomed by John the owner. The accommodation was excellent for 2 adults and was very clean and well presented. Everything we needed was on hand. John the owner was a gentleman and was on hand if needed. Bed was great and very comfortable. If in the area again would not think twice to book again if available. Excellent relaxing holiday.

It was the best surprise we had in years. The surroundings are from fairytales, the building is renovated in great taste, comfort and functionality, the entire experience was so peaceful and lovely that it's difficult to describe in words. We had the best sleeping experience of our lives, with the river sound on the background and the incredibly fresh air of the wild nature coming through the window. it was truly a therapy against stress, we felt renewed and improved after just 1 night. We'll surely return for longer therapy! Great place for nature lovers, lovely outside spaces too, to enjoy with the family, kids etc.

We stayed in The Lodge - it was perfect for us. Clean, well equipped, comfy bed, tranquil relaxing location with outdoor private and communal space and only 4 mins drive in to Saint-Matieu for groceries, diesel and baguette. We had the pleasure of meeting and spending some time with John who is a wonderful kind and caring host. Thanks John 😘x We will look forward to visiting you hopefully again soon.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Lovely rooms in a beautiful house in a tranquil location. Unbelievable food that at €27 including wine was wonderful and as mentioned in other reviews a breakfast like no other. So much fresh local produce, stunning!
