Very friendly and helpful staff. Luckily for us the Manager spoke good English.
We had a delicious meal accompanied by a bottle of Chinon recommended by the Manger. Great after our journey from East Sussex!
Bed comfortable, shower good, all very clean. The room was compact which we expected but it had everything we needed for our one night stopover on the way to the Vendee Globe. Breakfast good choice. Would highly recommend definitely for one night in November.

ever see 'one flew over the cuckoos nest'? it was filmed here. Lift was padded to stop residents falling. No facilities. everything closed including premises at 2000. restaurant was canteen for old age residents. THIS IS NOT a hotel. I arrived at 1958 luckily as i would not have got in, tried to get a refund to go find a real hotel but was refused. Cant believe this old aged persons home advertised itself as a hotel

The appartment is nice, modern and equiped with all you needed for a short stay.
The room service is like in a hotel, towels included.
