The host was very helpful throughout especially with out of hours check-in and the check-out time is generous.

Excellent location and our room opened out onto Capitole Square which was lovely.
Good sound proofing and comfy large bed made for a good nights sleep.

Staff were superb. Checked in late in the evening, showed us where secure alternative parking was at the hotel rate . Opened the bar for us. Borrowed a bottle opener from them . Nothing was to much trouble for them. A great start to our stay after the long drive in the rain .They gave us a map and suggestions for a walk about the following day.Extremely helpful . Breakfast was superb , hot food or continental .set us up for the day .fantastic location.metro station nearby.comfortable walking distance to city centre. Toulouse is a beautiful city. All good. Had a great stay there.
The place is amazong,very clean,the staff very friendly and keen to make our stay confortable. In addition to this I'm glad to say that the hotel took the initiative to post my daughter forgotten item back to Uk. It shows their commitment to customer service. Very good hotel, we just stayed one night, but with good comfort. Also thanks a lot to personal, our daughter left in the room her souvenirs from the Paris, they contacted us and send them by post. Very good service.
