Location was really good, just a short (less than 10 min) walk to the station. However if you have luggage there was a taxi rank outside the station as it’s quite hilly. Double glazing very good. Modern apartment with most things you need and small adequate shops nearby. A bit nervous about the anti-prostitution instructions and it being down a side path off the road, but it was fine and felt safe. Initially had trouble understanding how to work the electric hob but the host responded quickly to help us and gave us the information promised for getting in and leaving. We didn’t try the tv or wifi so can’t comment. It’s small and up one flight of thin steps inside the block but as long you are expecting that, it’s exactly what we needed, with a direct RER into Paris from the station. The town is very pretty. It was clean and modern but small. Enough for a couple, and comfortable. Tea and coffee a nice touch.

The hot tub was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and there was a great usage of the space in the apartment. Everything you could possibly need or want is provided with the use of Netflix and Amazon Alexa in various rooms for music.

Nice town with some good restaurants, and a helpful Tourist Information Office. Two quibbles: the museum dedicated to Camille Pissarro had none of his work, and the so-called "A;péritif" cruise on the river only sold soft drinks! The nearby village of Auvers is worth a visit, especially with its château's presentation on Impressionist painters.

Pontoise is a city some 30 minutes out of Paris by train. If you are interested in the impressionist art movement, it is a place worth going to. A number of Abbeys and Chateaux are worth a visit. Don't forget to visit Auvers ur Pontoise and the little cemetery that has the burial places of Vincent Van Gogh and his brother Theo. Also a nice place to go to at the end of a visiting day in Paris .
Our stay in this appartment was great. The interior was beautiful(clean and modern look). I personally was very happy when I saw that there is a small kitchen, which enabled us to save on food during our stay. The location is amazing, because we would walk all day through Paris and it was pleasant that we would return to Pontoise which is quiet, beautiful city
I arrived at midnight and the instructions to access the hotel and use the automated check in machine were easy to follow and the process smooth. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great, much better than expected, as well as the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The location is easy to access both on foot and by car.
The hotel is located in the industrial area of Pontoise , kind of quiet but far from city centre. The main advantage is that it has a free parking. It's acceptable for transit ( 45 km to Beauvais and 40 to Paris) but that's about all........
Beautiful location and very nice historical building. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was very kind. Hotel is close to Auvers sur Oise where Vincent Van Gogh spend his last days, there you also find nice restaurants.
