Without doubt the welcome from our hosts, who could not do enough for us, eg, they even trolleyed our wine from our car boot to their cellar so that it could be in a proper temperature during our brief stay. They also provided utensils for us to enjoy an evening salad which we had bought. Excellent local information on places/beaches to visit and restaurants, with bookings made for us. We had been traveling in France for 3 weeks, and we rated the breakfast here as one of the best....and to eat to a piano recital was extra special, as was the history of the Le Manoir in connection with the Resistance in WW2. We had a lovely warm welcome at the desk- the room was a good size and it was nice and warm. The bathroom was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was comfy. This hotel is not a romantic stay over but is a functional place near to the centre. It is great for that purpose but don’t go out of your way, it needs refurbishment.
