Relaxing, great spa facilities and superb staff. Despite being fully booked for dinner, reception staff kindly offered to book us a table elsewhere and recommended some options. Much appreciated (special thanks to Julien). Valbonne is beautiful and only a few minutes drive with plenty of parking. We will be back!

Reception was closed at 15:30. The automated check-in counter indicated that my room was not ready (at 16:00!!!) but no roommates to see in the corridors.

Excellent central location. Right in the heart of Valbonne. Our room was small but beautiful. We had an issue with our bathroom on our first night. The staff were very efficient and helpful and offered an alternative room with no issues at all.
Set on the hills of Mougins, once home to Picasso, Le Manoir de L'Etang is a beautiful manor house from the 19th-century situated in a park overlooking a small lake covered with Lotus flowers.

NOTHING. There was no "private parking on site" - they only have one slot outside their front door for deliveries - there is no other parking on site. The room we were shown had a standard double bed in the room that was so small that the bed was against two walls in the corner - you could only get in or out one side. No cupboard, no dresser no bedside cabinet - absolutely nothing available for any form of storage. Plus the room was so small we could not get our two small wheelies in anyway. They then offered us a slightly bigger room that was being decorated, with painting material on the floors and across the bed , with windows open as the walls had just been painted. What a disaster - we chose NOT to stay and found alternative accommodation.
