Beautiful location and beautiful property. We loved all of the gorgeous touches and detail in the room. Didier was incredibly kind and helpful with helping us store our bikes and get settled and even offered us dinner when we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and filling. We would absolutely stay here again!

The chateau was a great, historical place to stay. The dinner was excellent and the hosts wonderful to chat with. We really enjoyed talking with them and finding out about the history of the castle. The games room was great and the tour of the chateau was excellent.

We loved the unusual quirkiness of the place, once we got over its being deserted on arrival and letting ourselves in through the kitchen. Mother-in-law was so attentive - and we were treated throughout as honoured guests even though she had no idea we were coming! Lola’s sense of style and history is infectious - and we were swept up in the ambience and beauty of the château. Administrative arrangements could do with some tightening up, but in no way did this detract from an incredible experience which we would not hesitate to repeat. Seeing three young deer crossing the driveway as we left was the icing on a perfect cake.
