Total French experience, in the heart of Champagne region, price included breakfast, great choice of bread, cheeses, cold meats, jams etc, all produced in house ( farm) or locally. Hosts have vineyards and produce Champagne commercially, a free bottle with evening meal and thereafter 19.80 euros a bottle!! for one of the best champagnes I have ever tasted. You can purchase more on departure, would have liked to have stayed longer to see more of the region, rural France at its best. Would recommend a little knowledge of the French language but not essential

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at les Volets Blue. We stayed here with our two boys (4 and 8) and the location was simply perfect for us. The environment is beautiful, quite and close to all the wine houses, the room super convenient, in the spacious garden the children could enjoy themselves with lots of things, and Maud and Christophe are very welcoming. Clean, bright but able to darken bedrooms at night. Easy walk to eat out from there & buy groceries, visit chateau; next to river.... Fab parking, garage if on bike. Place has everything you'd need for your stay + host on hand if a problem. Host contacted us before the visit, gave clear instructions for after hrs access, via garage. Brilliant, thank you
