We have stayed here a couple of times before and always enjoyed it. We stayed in room 110. The rooms are nice, clean, but very warm, there is a fan provided which did go a little to helping. Kettle provided.
This time we were very pleased to find that you could book secure private parking on the hotel premises for 7 euros a day which was easily accessed and quality because of the parking in Obernai itself. Also bonus market on the Ramparts behind the hotel on Thursday morning.
My only criticism was the breakfast. The bread and croisants were dry and hard, the choice of ham and cheese was minimal. I'm afraid this did not seem the quality of previous years for the amount paid.
Despite this I would recommend this hotel to other travellers especially for the location in the centre of the town.

We had a room designed for someone with a disability.
We had a room designed for someone with a disability. It had wheelchair access although we didn’t use it. The shower/wet room was well designed for the disabled. It had a high rise toilet !! Access to the room/suite was by lift. It couldn’t have been more comfortable and accessible. Great wine and picturesque buildings . Drawback with wheelchair is the cobbled streets but choosing route carefully can obviate this!

Colmar is the best known town in Alsace but Obernai is better! Driving there is a challenge because of the one-way system but there is plenty of parking and the old town needs to be explored on foot. There is an extensive selection of tea shops and restaurants in the old town.

Obernai is a lovely small city encircled by an ancient city wall. It has great craft stores and restaurants. It also is at the foothills of Mt St Odile, a fabulous place to visit and hike in the surrounding forests.
This very beautiful 400 year old house is just amazing. It tells stories. And well, the rooms are not that big, but this makes part of the charm this hotel has. You walk the stairs the room, you can hear the wood cracking, as it has to be in such a place. The shower is very tiny the whole Bad room very small, but no problem on such a place. The breakfast very traditional Alsace way, fantastic baguette, good coffee. Nice traditional restaurant. A very nice experience.
The accommodation was in the center, within walking distance you have very nice shops, such as a bakery, pastry chef, gift shop, information desk, nice eateries, and easily accessible for traveling to Strasbourg or Colmar. Very sweet, nice people in the center of Obernai. It was a wonderful stay! Marie Julie provided all the necessary information before we arrived. She was quick to respond to our messages. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back again!
Great location surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Free parking lot is only a few minute walk away. The room we had was spacious and comfortable for 2 people plus 2 dogs. I believe the windows are soundproof so noises can't come from outside. However, we could clearly hear noises from upstairs and in the halway. Overall it was a great stay for us. Merci beaucoup!
The location of the hotel is right in the heart of everything and the staff was nice and basically easy to deal with. We only had breakfast there but it was very nice, too! The lady at the front desk, I believe she and her family live in the hotel, was extremely helpful and always smiling - she was amazing. She was definitely on top of things.
My wife and I self catered so we had most provisions in the car. However after a few days we did a small food shop for immediate use and for the two day journey home. However the flat was comfy and most of the fitting were on the new side, which meant they were clean and usable. The flats position in Obernai and surrounding area was excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, only 10 mins on foot to the city center. Maybe it’s not a luxury hotel but it fits our need perfectly. The bakery in front of the hotel is very delicious too.
Everything was OK, the room was comfortable, we were with two small kids. The hotel is near Colmar and Strasbourg, which is a very good location, if you want to visit these places and not to pay a lot, but to have a good service.
Brand new hotel, very stylish, located right in the village center. Rich breakfast with local varieties. Right beside there is a cool wine bar.
Free parking spaces are available in walking distance, a bit out of the center.
Good location at about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Obernai. Plenty of parking spaces although it is not guarded nor closed by a gate. Room was very clean and bathroom was in very good condition.
This was a lovely hotel. The staff was amazing and it had an elevator. The have actual metal keys for the door instead of a card. It was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced.
Great location in the center of Obernai with easy walks to bars and restaurants. I always stay here when I'm in Alsace. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a great breakfast.
Beautiful property, world class spa, nice sized pools, the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had, spacious rooms, very nice restaurant for dinner, good air conditioning.
