The staff were excellent, the problems outside of their control.
It was clean, in a good location and the facilities great for a 2 star. Nothing too much trouble for staff who got us extra pillows and let us use fridge overnight.

Having stayed at the hotel twice before we knew what to expect which is great location, friendly staff and excellent value continental breakfast (7 euro's) It's important for people planning to stay at the hotel realise that it's a budget hotel and the rooms are very small and the shower/toilet incredibly tiny and awkward to use.
we had a problem with the staying in this hotel cause of a wrong price in booking.com . they said was the booking fault but I don’t know what information is right or not. also booking is not that easy to contact so we spent almost two hours to finally have our room in the conditions we paid for.
perfect room for 3 on the road to a further destination, excellent breakfast (we did stay in Campanile next doors instead of Premiere Classe Mulhouse) if it wasn't for the troubles during the night with juvenils from a house nearby
