Location on the main square was exceptional, near to everything and lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.
Front desk (Graciella in particular very helpful in making a restaurant reservation) all were friendly and attentive.
Very clean, housekeeping very good and appreciated the resupply on coffee and tea in the room.
Le Médiéval is set in a former cardinal's palace in Avignon historic center. This 17th-century building is a 5-minute walk from the Popes Palace and offers a floral patio with a fountain.

The gentleman on duty when we arrived was extremely friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed talking with him on a number of occasions. He was the same with the other guests as well.
We enjoyed the breakfast, the selection was good and tasty.

Location was very convenient to Papal Palace and Old Town. Parking under the hotel was very convenient. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and reception staff spoke excellent English. Play area for children between reception area and restaurant was great! Would stay here again.
