Located in Montrouge, in the south of Paris, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from Porte d’Orleans Metro Station. It offers soundproofed rooms with a view of the city or the garden.

We loved this IBIS. Its location is great, the staff is wonderful, breakfast is AMAZING and the overall atmosphere on the hotel is very nice. The rooms were comfortable (loved the tub) and we especially LOVED the fact that maid service continues to be done here. It was so nice to return to a clean room with freshly made bed and new towels each day! Special shout out to the staff working the breakfast room......they work so HARD and are AMAZING at keeping things stocked and fresh. Its a less than 5 minute walk to bus, tram and/or Metro, so the location is great

The room was clean, it was quiet, we were comfortable and it was a true bargain!

Good location. Close to many convenient restaurants that are open late, next to a grocery store, short walk into outer-Paris near university, and of course the neighborhoods with lovely pastry shops.

The perfect space after a long day of travel. Lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable with a nice private space. Fantastic dinner at a restaurant within walking distance. Lovely breakfast and conversation.

A nice area that was in the middle of all the places we want to go to in Paris center (like Efille Tower, Louvre Museum…) and outside the city (Euro Disney, Monrt’s village, Versailles Palace).
Driving in the streets of Montrouge is convenient with almost no traffic jams.
The streets are full of shops and restaurants.
The area is clean and seems to be safe.

Uncomfortable very stiff bed.
Uncomfortable very stiff bed. Air conditioning doesn't cool down the room/apartment. Even if switched on at maximum power, it is so weak that doesn't make any difference. Room becomes warm, and together with the bed, made sleeping difficult and unpleasant.
Check-in and check-out was fair and receptionists were kind. Price was fair for Paris, location isn't the best but is relatively easy to connect with the rest of the city.
In summary, the aparthotel is ok if you don't care about stiff bed and air conditioning that doesn't cool down the room whatsoever

Comparing other part of Paris, it's clean and quite.
Comparing other part of Paris, it's clean and quite. And the people is willing to help others - I can not read French, it's easy to find someone to help you to fix the car parking fee payment on road side.

I like the the location.
I like the the location. Not far to Ligne 4 Metro & well served by buses. Also, it was surrounded by Supermarkets, Restaurants & Pubs. The Hotel itself was quiet clean. But the staffs have to make sure everything function well inside the room allocated to any customers. Staffs there are too short. Make sure at least 2 staffs are working daytime. Receptionist staffs must learn how to treat Customers by providing to them good customers services skills. My advice, send them in the UK for training. They can learn more from English people because French have a bad reputation on this. Too rude, not polite. In this world of the big concurrence, if you do not improve you will lose many customers. This is my advice.
I chose this aparthotel because of the convenient location - coming from Charles de Gaulle Airport by train and metro took an hour or so. Since the metro station was 7min walk from the hotel, it was easy getting anywhere in the city.
The apartment was clean, there was a propper kitchen with all the utensils, tableware, a dishwasher, fridge and a microwave if you need it. A big Monoprix is a block away where you can buy anything you need and a very nice bakery right next to the hotel.
The neighbours were quiet and the staff was friendly.
Nice and comfortable flat, very clean and well-equipped, at 8 minutes from the nearest metro station. Quiet house with an elevator. Montrouge is also nice and calm, with all the necessary shops nearby, 15-20 min on metro from downtown Paris. For cars, it is possible to reserve a place in a nearby parking house (3 min) for several days. Very good for those who want to spend their times in Paris and not in the apartment.
Le Florus was a clean, quiet affordable good small hotel in Paris. Easy short walk from Metro 4 Mairie Montrouge station. Neighborhood was safe and good at least for me. Very large supermarket quite nearby. Staff was also nice and pleasant. Upon checking in early afternoon there was door security but restaurant adjacent is same owners so had no trouble going in and asking them (had a nice lunch there by the way).
Worst apartment in Paris
The electricity was cut off and they did nothing, and I stayed until the second day for repairs
And when I called, he asked me to go down to the owner of the restaurant on the street to help me??!!
On the second day, a Pakistani person was sent to repair the electricity, and he was a very bad person
The worst experience in my life
Very friendly and helpful stuff. Well connected with metro line 4 to the city. Depending on construction of the metro lines train can be going till 10 pm but there is alternative bus route. Other than this the locality is very cute and there is a very nice Mauritian restaurant called French Dodo near the hotel which is highly recommend.
The hotel is a short walk from both the metro and tramline and the taxi to ORLY was cheap enough as well. The kitchen had all the basic amenities and there was a large Monoprix nearby which was very handy. The separate bathroom and shower in a hallway were quite nice and the balcony was as well. Overall, it was a very cute studio.
Loved how close it was to the Barbara Metro station. Very convenient to take the Metro into Paris. There is also a grocery store across the street. The room was clean and we were given a fan for our room (very nice with the high temperatures the days we were there)
it's located in a nice neighborhood, where you can find cute bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Owner was super nice and welcoming. Hotel has its own cafe downstairs but we didn't have time to eat there((
Close to Orly airport
Friendly & helpful owner. He let us checked out to suit our departure via train to london. Also, the area is safe although a bit of a distance from the city center. But thats orait since transportation is quite convenient.
Cozy little place with older owners. Very quiet street. Sunday market nearby. The hotel has its own cafe, but there are only drinks and sweet pastries. Very close to the entrance to the subway, literally 100 meters.
Room was very very nice. Spacious bathroom. Fair breakfast. Location is also good, close to the metro station and couple of restaurants near the hotel. Underground garage, full day for reasonable price.
Good location. Close to many convenient restaurants that are open late, next to a grocery store, short walk into outer-Paris near university, and of course the neighborhoods with lovely pastry shops.
The bus station is right in front of the hotel. You can be at the center in 20-25 mins with public transportation. I believe the hotel was okay for the price, considering the prices in the center.
