A nice area that was in the middle of all the places we want to go to in Paris center (like Efille Tower, Louvre Museum…) and outside the city (Euro Disney, Monrt’s village, Versailles Palace).
Driving in the streets of Montrouge is convenient with almost no traffic jams.
The streets are full of shops and restaurants.
The area is clean and seems to be safe.

Uncomfortable very stiff bed.
Uncomfortable very stiff bed. Air conditioning doesn't cool down the room/apartment. Even if switched on at maximum power, it is so weak that doesn't make any difference. Room becomes warm, and together with the bed, made sleeping difficult and unpleasant.
Check-in and check-out was fair and receptionists were kind. Price was fair for Paris, location isn't the best but is relatively easy to connect with the rest of the city.
In summary, the aparthotel is ok if you don't care about stiff bed and air conditioning that doesn't cool down the room whatsoever

Comparing other part of Paris, it's clean and quite.
Comparing other part of Paris, it's clean and quite. And the people is willing to help others - I can not read French, it's easy to find someone to help you to fix the car parking fee payment on road side.

I like the the location.
I like the the location. Not far to Ligne 4 Metro & well served by buses. Also, it was surrounded by Supermarkets, Restaurants & Pubs. The Hotel itself was quiet clean. But the staffs have to make sure everything function well inside the room allocated to any customers. Staffs there are too short. Make sure at least 2 staffs are working daytime. Receptionist staffs must learn how to treat Customers by providing to them good customers services skills. My advice, send them in the UK for training. They can learn more from English people because French have a bad reputation on this. Too rude, not polite. In this world of the big concurrence, if you do not improve you will lose many customers. This is my advice.
Beds were comfy and clean. Sound insulation was also good, there was no noise from the busy intersection below. Apartment was on the top floor (9th), in lower floors there might be higher noise level.
Staff was nice and helpful.
Location is good, couple fast food restaurants and supermarket close by.
Metro station in walking distance, takes you to Paris center within 20 minutes.
Quick drive to Orly airport even in peak hours.
Boulangerie with fresh pastry is just around the corner opened early every day.
Worst apartment in Paris
The electricity was cut off and they did nothing, and I stayed until the second day for repairs
And when I called, he asked me to go down to the owner of the restaurant on the street to help me??!!
On the second day, a Pakistani person was sent to repair the electricity, and he was a very bad person
The worst experience in my life
We had a really pleasant time at the Sixteen Hotel. We were quite affraid as the hotel seem to be at the outskirts of Paris but it was just 20ish minutes away from the centre. The zone is also getting renovated (important pedestrianization ongoing). Room and bathrrom were nice and the staff really friendly. Really worth the try!
The property is very close to train station. Easy to get around have to take 2 trains to Paris central. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. We find the area is quite safe. The room got everything we need although it is not new.
The location to the center of Paris is really good. We took the subway and we were at the Tour Eiffel in 30min and in Notre Dame in 20min. The street is really quiet.
The beds are really good and the appartement well equipped.
it has amazing location so close to metro and great cafes around it . staff is kind and helpful they let me to put my luggages to hotel storage because my flight was 4 hours before check in . cleaning is being done everyday
Friendly & helpful owner. He let us checked out to suit our departure via train to london. Also, the area is safe although a bit of a distance from the city center. But thats orait since transportation is quite convenient.
Great location near metro, staff very accommodating when we arrived the hair dryer wasn’t working and there was no kettle which was resolved immediately. Breakfast was adequate too. Would stay again good price budget hotel
Very functional, maybe a bit Spartan, clean with friendly (for Parisiens!) hosts down in the bar. Good access after hours, very straightforward. Breakfast typical of a French cafe. Very close to Metro.
Good location. Close to many convenient restaurants that are open late, next to a grocery store, short walk into outer-Paris near university, and of course the neighborhoods with lovely pastry shops.
I had breakfast out side and inside because I wanted to visit the country, I preferred doing it this way. I loved Paris I hope I will visit again. In the hotel every thing was perfect. Thank you.
The breakfast was good and there was a lot of different things to choose from. The room was clean. The WiFi worked. Staff was very nice. The hotel is close to the metro.
everything is just right in this hotel - new, clean, kind service, possibility to get a drink, good internet connection and in our room the balcony was a real plus
