John made us feel very much at home the moment we stepped in through the door. Lovely spacious rooms and a huge bathroom for us also. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing with homemade jams and lemon curd.

Fantastic views. The viaduct is 100 meters up the road and you can walk over it. The river is 50 meters from the property down a lane with wide paths and is Great for walks. We had a Great time here. Will stay again. Great hosts made us feel welcome.
